- Once you place your order an email confirmation will be sent to your nominated address.
- Mineview on behalf of this associated website owned by Mineview will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days following receipt of payment.
- If your order is expected to take longer than 14 days to dispatch, Mineview Electrical will contact you with an expected delivery time. You can also check on our expected delivery times before you order by contacting us via email or phone.
- Prices and stock availability may vary without notice. Mineview will notify you of any price or stock changes when you place an order. Refunds will be issued where applicable if you don’t wish to proceed.
Payment Methods
The checkout section of this shopping cart will ask you to specify how you wish to pay for your order. Mineview accepts payments via the following methods:
- Direct Deposit (details will be sent to customers upon confirmation of order)
- Debit Card
- Credit cards via our web site gateway
- Credit cards via PayPal or Eway
Refunds and Returns
Please choose carefully before purchasing!
Mineview will only issue full refunds if the items you have received are different to those stated on your order confirmation and if you notify us of this error within 7 days of receiving your order. If you receive a damaged item please keep everything intact and you will be guided to submit a claim with our carrier. If the items you have purchased are unsuitable or inappropriate for the intended purpose, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receiving the order. These items will be refunded at Mineview's discretion, less shipping costs. We are unable to refund items that have been removed from their original packaging. Mineview do not issue refunds for customers that change their minds.
Any returns are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. No refund will be given on freight or pick up charges.
Warranties and Guarantees
Mineview only Warranties and Guarantees on product and services it provides, we do not cover labour charges related to supplied products and services.
Mineview guarantees all electrical labour serves proved, that it is done in accordance by regulation under AS3000 Electrical workers Act 2002 and in a timely professional manner.
Mineview has carefully selected the products available on this site. Where we have provided advice or product recommendations, this information is true and correct to the best of our knowledge. Mineview provide warranties on our own products at our discretion. Contact us to discuss this further if you have concerns. Mineview do not offer a warranty or guarantee on any of the alternate brand products sold on this site unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer of the product or in the product descriptions on this site.
All care has been taken when selecting a shipping company for products ordered on this site. Each order is individually tracked and hand delivered to your delivery address by our or your selected courier. We only use reputable reliable services, although these services used on this site do not include a warranty for damaged or missing goods. If you wish to arrange a warranty for your shipping, please contact us for a quote.
